I've been a Realtor for 20 years. What I've learned over the years is the key to helping my clients sell their homes quickly and for the highest amount is knowing the area intimately. You'd be surprised, but one area versus another makes a big difference in home values and even the type of prospects who come and buy. That's why I have deliberately narrowed my expertise to just a few areas. My fiancé and I have a beach house in Mexico Beach and recently built our forever home in Port St Joe, so I get to enjoy the benefits of Bay and Gulf counties and the surrounding areas of Cape San Blas, Apalachicola and St. George Island, as well as Mexico Beach, Port St Joe and Panama City Beach . We love the down home, friendly communities here and the genuine ‘good neighbor’ attitude of the people here.
